How far in advance should I book your services?
To ensure your special day is as seamless and beautiful as possible, we recommend booking our services as soon as you’ve set your wedding date. Our calendar starts filling up quickly—especially during Maui's peak wedding seasons. Securing your date 6 months or more in advance is ideal, as we often begin booking out a year before the event.
This early planning not only guarantees our availability but also allows us to connect and create a vision that perfectly aligns with your dream look. We're here to bring that Aloha Glam magic to life for you!
Is a trial session necessary before my wedding?
While trial sessions aren’t mandatory, we highly recommend them to finalize your look and ensure every detail is absolutely perfect for your big day. That said, we understand that most of our brides—about 90%—are destination brides who don’t always have the opportunity to schedule a trial before the wedding.
If you’re feeling nervous or a little stressed about your hair and makeup, a trial can be a wonderful way to ease your mind and build confidence in your wedding-day look. It’s a chance for us to collaborate, refine your vision, and make sure you feel completely radiant and at ease when it’s time to walk down the aisle. If scheduling a trial isn’t possible, don’t worry—we’ll be ready to bring your Aloha Glam to life flawlessly on the day of!
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Our policy is simple and designed to provide both clarity and flexibility. Deposits are non-refundable, but we completely understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, you’re welcome to apply your deposit toward a future service with us within one year. This way, you still get to enjoy the pampering experience you deserve, whether it’s for a different event or just because! We’re here to work closely with you to make sure everything feels as seamless and stress-free as possible.
